Sonesta Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel in Toronto is seeking an Outlets Manager to lead the Food & Beverage Outlets service and support the F&B; Director with promotions, recruitment, training, and staff development. You will monitor expenses, control labor costs, train and coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the GUEST service standards in daily frontline operations across outlets.
