Cohere is seeking a North Modelling (Evals) specialist to craft evaluation systems that translate real user behavior into measurable product quality. You will define what to measure across agent workflows, tool use, and enterprise knowledge work, and build evaluative loops that keep pace with product needs.
You will work closely with North product teams, customer-facing groups, and modelling teams to produce actionable insights, guiding model updates and improvements in production environments.
