We're a busy Toronto family with two little ones — a toddler (28 months) and an infant (8 months) — looking for someone who is more than just reliable childcare. We're looking for a genuine partner in our children's early development, someone who shows up with intention, warmth, and their own ideas.The primary focus of this role is our infant, with additional support for our toddler during morning drop-off prep and after school. You'll be the steady, engaged presence that holds our infant's days together while we're at work.This role starts mid-to-end of July, as mum returns to work in August. The contract runs through February, with the option to continue part-time after that for the right fit.Our household is guided by secure attachment and gentle parenting. That means no cry-it-out sleep training, no harsh discipline, and no screens as a substitute for connection.
