• Repair and finalize deficiency items before walkthroughs
• Supervise trades for quality assurance in installations
• Keep construction and finishing schedules up-to-date
• Produce deficiency lists for prompt correction
• Liaise with homeowners for walkthrough scheduling
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and suitable vehicle
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
