Métis Nation–Saskatchewan is seeking an IT Support Technician in Saskatoon to enhance user support and system operations. This permanent role offers the opportunity to showcase your technical skills while assisting staff.

In this full time position, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software, maintaining systems, and ensuring seamless IT support across departments. Key Responsibilities:



• Resolve hardware and software technical issues • Manage installations and configuration of user systems • Provide ongoing helpdesk support to users • Assist departments in their IT-related tasks • Perform additional duties as instructed by management

Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in IT support • Relevant post-secondary education is an advantage • Understanding of systems, software, and hardware • Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license a must • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
