Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Architect
to join our Financial Crimes Architecture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategies, designing scalable and secure full-stack solutions, and driving modernization initiatives across fraud detection, investigation, and response platforms. This role requires expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, enterprise integrations, AI/ML, and case management platforms such as
Pega .
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive end-to-end architecture for enterprise Financial Crimes and Fraud Management solutions.
Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance full-stack application architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design enterprise solutions using
Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), SOA, and API-first principles .
Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures, solution patterns, and technical roadmaps.
Design cloud-native solutions across
Azure, AWS, GCP, On-Premises, and Hybrid Cloud
environments.
Architect real-time event streaming solutions using
Kafka
and
Azure Event Hubs .
Lead architecture reviews and recommend technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Design secure integration patterns, messaging frameworks, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Define database strategies utilizing
Relational, NoSQL, and Graph databases .
Provide architecture guidance for
Pega Case Management
and enterprise investigative platforms.
Ensure application scalability, resiliency, observability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture or Full Stack Architecture.
Strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Enterprise Integration .
Deep understanding of
Fraud Detection, Financial Crimes, Investigation, and Response
domains.
Robust knowledge of:
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Microservices Architecture
Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
Integration Architecture
Security Architecture
AI/ML architecture concepts
Hands-on experience with
Kafka ,
Azure Event Hubs , and enterprise messaging platforms.
Experience with
Kubernetes , containerization, and cloud-native deployments.
Strong expertise in
Azure, AWS, GCP , and Hybrid Cloud architectures.
Experience with relational, NoSQL, and graph databases.
Knowledge of application resiliency, scalability, disaster recovery, and high availability.
Experience with
Pega Case Management , Claims Management, or enterprise investigative platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI/ML-enabled fraud detection platforms.
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud security.
Experience with enterprise observability and monitoring platforms.
TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications are an advantage.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
