Role Description The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting daily HR operations and processes for the firm. This role includes maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating benefits enrollment and changes, and assisting with HRIS data entry and reporting. The Human Resources Administrator will respond to employee inquiries, support policy implementation, and help ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include preparing HR documentation,



assisting with performance management processes, and collaborating with leadership on HR initiatives that support a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications

- Foundational Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Benefits Administration skills to coordinate enrollment, changes, and communication of employee benefit programs.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate data management, reporting, and recordkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to help ensure compliant HR practices and policies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with standard office software and remote collaboration tools.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an asset.
- Experience in a qualified services or accounting firm environment is an advantage.
