Key Responsibilities: • Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report associates • Oversee truck deliveries and sort packages efficiently • Manage daily operations and adjust staff as needed • Ensure safety and performance standards are met • Conduct final shift walkthroughs for team preparedness

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift 49 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts • Availability for wide-ranging schedules including nights and weekends
