Draught Services is seeking a full time Field Service Representative in Downtown Toronto to provide top-notch draught system service and support. Utilize your troubleshooting skills and mechanical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction across the region.

As a Field Service Representative at Draught Services, you'll be at the forefront of installing and maintaining draught systems. This role requires a proactive attitude to build and maintain relationships with clients while ensuring efficient service delivery. You should be comfortable troubleshooting mechanical issues and managing your route effectively, with all tasks personalized to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform line cleaning and service for customer accounts • Troubleshoot and repair issues with draught systems • Develop and maintain relationships with clients • Build and install beverage systems using technical knowledge • Maintain accurate records and invoicing for services

Requirements: • High School diploma or GED equivalent needed • Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driver’s abstract • Preferably have a mechanical or trade background • Capability to lift heavy materials (75lbs) • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
