As a Facilities Supervisor at Woodfibre Management Ltd., you will coordinate maintenance activities and contractor supervision at the LNG facility. Your leadership will focus on promoting safety culture, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting various maintenance initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the facility's integrity and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and preventive maintenance • Supervise contractor work and performance evaluation • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards • Conduct facility inspections and note deficiencies • Facilitate capital projects and continuous improvement
Requirements: • 5-7 years’ experience in facilities management • Journeyperson certification or technical diploma preferred • Strong experience in managing high-hazard facilities • Knowledge of SAP and safety compliance practices • Expertise in BC regulatory workplace
