Join Wessuc as a Field Operator and contribute to sustainable agriculture! This role focuses on operating pumps and ensuring efficient biosolid transfers in a family-oriented environment.

As a part of our land application team, you will assist with the operation of agricultural machinery and biosolid management from April 1 to November 30. Your responsibilities include communicating with supervisors about equipment and biosolid applications, conducting maintenance on machinery, and preventing breakdowns during operations. You’ll play a vital role in promoting cleaner, greener communities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Operate pumps for biosolid transfer to application equipment • Manage flow of biosolids during land application • Communicate effectively with management and drivers • Conduct maintenance on pumps and application equipment • Inspect and troubleshoot issues during operations

Requirements: • 1-3 years experience in agriculture preferred • Valid G or G2 license with clean abstract • Experience with heavy equipment operation is an asset • Adaptable to work 12+ hour days • Safety certifications are a plus
