As a Defence Compliance Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and implementing regulations within a highly regulated defence setting. This strategic position requires hands-on assessments and collaboration not only to meet compliance targets but to drive continuous improvement across operational processes. Your insights will help mitigate risks and strengthen Fleetway’s governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess compliance requirements for contracts and bids • Analyze ITAR and Controlled Goods compliance obligations • Identify and recommend improvements in internal processes • Collaborate on compliance tool implementation projects • Monitor regulatory changes for impact assessment
Requirements: • Relevant diploma in Engineering or related fields • Minimum 8 years in defence or a regulated sector • Strong grasp of export compliance and audit readiness • Background in translating contract requirements into processes • Familiarity with controlled goods registration preferred
