Craft Croissants & Bake from Scratch.

We're looking for a Baker to join our growing team. This is an prospect to work in a high-volume scratch bakery environment where you'll create artisan breads, buttery viennoiserie, pastries, desserts, and café favourites enjoyed across multiple restaurants, cafés and hotels.

Every day brings something different. One morning you may be laminating croissants and Danish pastries, while the next you're baking fresh focaccia or creating treats for guests celebrating life's special moments.

What You'll Be Baking

- Handcrafted croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, and other laminated products

What You’ll Do

- Operate commercial bakery equipment, including dough sheeters and mixers
- Assist with inventory management and waste reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with the pastry and culinary teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation

What You Bring

- Experience with laminated doughs is an asset,



but we’re willing to train someone with a strong baking foundation and passion for the craft
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
