Key Responsibilities:



• Manage full cycle accounting for commercial properties • Prepare monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements • Conduct month-end closing and bank reconciliations • Collaborate with property teams to address accounting inquiries • Facilitate annual budget preparation and year-end reconciliations

Requirements: • 3+ years of accounting experience in a similar role • Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration • Robust knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in accounting tasks
