Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Territory Manager in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a Territory Manager to grow and manage customer relationships across Ontario. This role combines account management, business development and technical sales, working closely with OEM and industrial customers to drive revenue growth.

A typical day:

- Forecast sales activity and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Primarily support OEM customers while maintaining some distribution accounts.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Ontario.
- Develop new business opportunities within OEM and industrial markets.




- Visit customers and travel throughout the territory as needed.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Analyze sales performance and customer opportunities using Excel and CRM tools.

Successful candidates will have:

- 2-5 years of experience in territory sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience selling technical, industrial, or engineered products.
- Understanding of electric motors, motion control products, or similar technologies.
- Technical or engineering education is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Valid driver's license (G License) and willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
