OPERATIONS SUPPORT TEAM (OST) MEMBER

Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, clients and internal team members
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Air Partners hangar space, and office space
- Assist clients with their luggage and belongings
- Aircraft grooming
- Stocking aircraft
- Washing and detailing guest vehicles
- Outdoor grounds maintenance, including snow removal
- Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures
- As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience

- Previous aircraft towing or forklift experience

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

- Legally able to live and work in Canada
- A valid class 5 drivers license (non GDL) is required, and reliable transportation to and from our corporate offices
- A clean driver's abstract
- Able to obtain a YYC RAIC pass
- Previous aviation experience considered an asset
- High School Diploma or GED
- Available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required
