Main Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers to the service department
- Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
- Advise customers on maintenance, inspection and safety services
- Follow up with customers regarding the progress and completion of work on their vehicle




- Collaborate with various internal departments as well as external suppliers
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year of experience as a Service Advisor / Technical Advisor or in a similar position
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines
- General knowledge of mechanics
- Excellent sales, organizational and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards
- Ability to communicate in French and English (in order to be able to serve our English-speaking customers)
- Knowledge of Serti and SDS software (a strong asset)
