Join the team as a Fraud and Risk Analyst focused on combatting fraud through analytics and strategic measures. This role is hybrid, requiring collaboration in our Toronto office.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure security and user satisfaction while engaging in high-energy discussions to reduce risks effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve fraud detection frameworks and rules • Build dashboards to measure efficiency of fraud prevention efforts • Collaborate with teams to address identity and integrity issues • Report key metrics and provide solution plans to executives • Create strategies that balance user experience with fraud prevention
Requirements: • 5+ years in fraud detection or financial services • Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative field • Expertise in SQL, Python or similar languages • Strong communication skills across all team levels • Capacity to manage multiple projects independently
