- Plan and prepare time budgets for review and audit engagements for Manager and/or Partner approval- Prepare financial statements, required notes, and year-end letters- Ensure planned procedures are completed according to firm policies and Canadian standards- Clear queries and outstanding points satisfactorily- Plan audits and complete high-risk sections of files- Complete compilation and review engagements- Train and supervise junior staff on audit engagements- Prepare corporate, personal, partnership, and trust tax returns- Review significant assurance engagement findings or accounting and presentation questions with the Manager or Partner and suggest resolutions- Manage multiple engagements or assignments simultaneously- Deliver audit, review, compilation, and tax services to clientsRequirements- At least three years’ experience in a public accounting firm- University degree- Completion of or close to completion of CPA, CA designation- At least two years of practical experience in public practice- Experience with audit, review, compilation, and tax engagements- Experience with CaseWare, CaseView, TaxPrep, MS Word, Excel,
