Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment for highway projects
• Assist with pothole repairs and crack sealing
• Lead safety toolbox meetings and inspections
• Monitor crew performance and quality of work
• Support the Foreperson in project planning
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with clear abstract
• Experience in highway maintenance or similar fields
• Preferred experience with snow plow operations
• Excellent communication skills required
• Completion of drug and alcohol testing mandatory
