Our services range from providing inquiry-based advice and assistance, to more complex assistance involving representation services to employers at WorkSafeBC, the Review Division or the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal. The nature of our work is diverse and complex, requiring management of a high volume and demanding caseload, necessitating expeditious and precise decision-making and the balancing of competing priorities.Qualifications:Education and Experience Requirements:University degree in a related discipline (i.E. law, psychology, human resources, occupational health & safety, etc.) or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (i.E. CRSP, CPHR, etc.).Experience providing advice and assistance concerning various types of legislation,
