We're on the hunt for a Maintenance Mechanic with significant industrial experience, especially in food manufacturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on expertise in troubleshooting mechanical systems and be prepared to engage in continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports our commitment to quality and efficiency in chocolate production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on production machines and systems • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce downtime • Install and modify various production equipment • Support quality and safety efforts collaboratively • Maintain maintenance logs and records accurately
Requirements: • 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience • Robust skills in mechanical troubleshooting • Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus • Ability to understand technical documentation • Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
