The YMCA of Southwestern Recent Brunswick is hiring a Full time Facility Maintenance Worker responsible for routine repairs and system management across multiple locations. Flexibility is key, including evening and weekend availability.
In this role, you'll conduct maintenance requests, oversee preventative inspections, and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Candidates with experience in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC will excel in this position, which demands a hands-on approach to facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain work orders and track repair needs
• Perform repairs on fitness center and pool equipment
• Execute preventative maintenance inspections
• Ensure all areas remain clean and safe
• Deliver excellent customer service to facility users
Requirements:
• Experience in facility maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC and fitness equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Current certification in First Aid/CPR/AED is a plus
