• Create and implement the Centennial Program roadmap • Work with the Governance Committee to achieve strategic objectives • Manage budgets and schedules effectively • Execute national events that engage employees and partners • Identify legacy projects that strengthen brand impact

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years in program management or communications • Degree in a relevant discipline • Proven record of managing complex initiatives successfully • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel within Canada frequently
