This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an equivalent qualification. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will conduct detailed assessments and implement effective resident care strategies in a long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments of residents' needs
• Create and execute individualized care plans
• Evaluate care effectiveness and modify approaches as needed
• Work closely with nursing and healthcare staff to ensure best practices
• Adhere to the ethical standards of care delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related degree
• Registered/eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
• Hold a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
