Key Responsibilities:
• Manage plaintiff and defense cases through litigation
• Conduct settlements and negotiations for resolutions
• Prepare necessary documentation for Small Claims Court
• Handle tenant behavior and rent arrears issues
• Manage and enforce collections on outstanding debts
Requirements:
• Licensed Paralegal in Ontario with valuable standing
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Demonstrated ability in conducting court trials
• Strong skills in legal drafting and file management
• Comfortable with a high-volume caseload
