Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily café operations and manage barista performance • Develop staff schedules and oversee daily café tasks • Ensure top-notch preparation and service of coffee and food • Create an inclusive environment for customers and staff • Manage stock, inventory, and ordering processes

Requirements: • 5+ years in a managerial role within food service • Knowledge and passion for specialty coffee • Experience in training and developing team members • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems • Must possess Food Safe Level 1 certification
