Realstar is looking for a dedicated 2-person team to serve as Assistant Resident Managers. The position requires residing on-site and provides scheduled weekday work along with every other weekend and some evening on-call duties. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain common area hygiene
• Execute minor maintenance tasks promptly
• Prepare apartments for recent residents' arrivals
• Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants
• Assist with leasing and manage on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
• Demonstrated cleaning skills required
• Minor maintenance aptitude needed
• Proficient customer service experience preferred
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to work evening and weekend on-call
