This is an exciting chance for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our busy Kelowna facility. Your role includes managing performance, developing budgets, and analyzing staffing requirements while ensuring a commitment to sustainability. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with required flexibility for a 24/7 schedule.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead four teams with hands-on guidance and support • Manage staff performance and implement career development plans • Develop and oversee annual financial budgets • Analyze staffing needs and prepare business cases for expansions • Collaborate with maintenance for effective equipment management

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or Engineering • Minimum 5 years of management experience in manufacturing • Knowledge of people management and company policies • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication skills with adaptability to priorities
