Key Responsibilities:
• Implement cost management strategies throughout construction
• Lead trade contractor activities and scheduling
• Assist with bid clarifications and project planning

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in construction, especially in health care or education
• Relevant degree or certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License is required
