Join Irving Tissue as a knowledgeable Operations Technology Expert, focusing on enhancing operational systems and maintaining cybersecurity measures at the Dieppe facility. This role will allow you to directly impact manufacturing processes.
In this role, you'll report to the Maintenance Manager while supporting the Corporate Manager of Operations Technology Systems. Your main focus will be ensuring operational networks are compliant, stable, and up-to-date. You will also aid in the introduction of recent technologies and improve existing systems, which is crucial for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee installation of new technologies and upgrades
• Act as liaison for OT cyber events with IT team




• Identify and resolve operational disturbances proactively
• Keep documentation related to OT systems current
• Develop maintenance plans for network monitoring
Requirements:
• Networking or cybersecurity degree preferred
• 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing electrical role
• Experience with PLCs, Rockwell products, and instrumentation
• Previous troubleshooting experience with electrical systems
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
