Assure observance of required techniques in nursing care2) Assist in assessing patients/residents and develop, implement, review and evaluate care plans. Monitor health, notes changes in condition and assess need for referral to doctors; processes and implement physicians’ ordersQualifications1) Appropriate current certificate of competence from the Approved Institutions for the province2) Registration or eligible for registration with the Approved Institutions for the province3) Previous supervisory experience in long-term care preferred4) Experience dealing with the cognitively impaired5) Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices, as well as Knowledge in Infection Control Practices6) Demonstrated commitment to working with seniors7)
