In this role, you'll lead the implementation of the WorkForce Suite, focusing on Time, Absence, Scheduling, and Integrations. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure the WorkForce Suite to meet client requirements • Lead client meetings for requirements gathering and refinement • Troubleshoot settings and analyze existing systems • Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and timely delivery • Create onboarding experiences that build client confidence
Requirements: • 4-6 years of WorkForce Management implementation experience • 3-5 years of programming experience in JavaScript or SQL • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel • Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies • Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects
