Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate nursing services for residents effectively • Lead shift reports with health care team members • Document significant changes in residents' conditions • Review and process physician orders accurately • Communicate difficulties with physician orders promptly

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing • Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care nursing • Registration in good standing with provincial registry • Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations • Experience in nursing administration preferred
