Gemini Solutions Pvt Ltd in Canada seeks a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our global support team. You will manage complex, escalated issues end-to-end for a high-volume fintech platform, collaborating with L1/L2, Engineering, and Infrastructure to investigate, resolve, and prevent incidents. The ideal candidate is methodical, analytical, and hands-on with SQL, Linux/Unix, Python, and shell scripting, with knowledge of financial markets or trade lifecycle as a plus.
