Environmental 360 Solutions is seeking an experienced Labour Relations / HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team in British Columbia, providing hands-on labour relations and HR support to our operations. This role reports to the HR Director, Western Canada and requires practical, timely advice on collective agreements, policies, investigations, grievances, and union relations. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in labour relations/HR in a unionized setting, and must travel up to 25%
