Position: Full-Time, On-Payroll

Salary: $50,000 / year + Health Benefits

Start Date: October 1st, 2026 (Includes paid mandatory onboarding training prior to start date)

Role & Responsibilities As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will serve as the primary on-site lead for landscape and exterior property upkeep, maintaining high commercial standards and representing BioVera daily.

Landscape Care & Upkeep: Mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilization, mulching, and underground irrigation system management.

Daily Site & Parking Lot Maintenance: Daily cleaning (5 days/week) including leaf blowing, litter sweeps, garbage receptacle emptying, and prompt graffiti removal.

Inspection & Digital Reporting: Completing daily site walkthroughs and submitting digital maintenance logs to the administrative team by 10:00 AM.

Site Coordination:



Acting as the on-site liaison for property managers, tenants, and secondary trade contractors.

Emergency On-Call Service: Providing after-hours and weekend emergency on-call response (must be able to respond on-site within 2 hours).

Key Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven experience in commercial groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, or property facility support.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with electric power tools, lawn care equipment, and irrigation systems.

Attire: Must possess standard steel-toe work boots (BioVera provides branded uniforms and all necessary PPE).

Professionalism: Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-first attitude when interacting with property managers, tenants, and admin staff.

Background Check: Final candidates must provide written consent for a standard criminal background check and supply 2 professional references.
