- Coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates




- Validate construction quantities and material takeoffs
- Support estimators in scheduling and cost tracking
- Prepare cost estimation reports for clients
- Identify project risks and opportunities in estimatesRequirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- At least 10 years of estimating experience
- Robust knowledge of building systems and structures
- Experience in either commercial or industrial facilities
