This role emphasizes leadership in developing comprehensive Asset Management plans and utilizes your experience to expand Dillon’s municipal footprint. You will lead project teams, drive business growth, and engage stakeholders in the community.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the development of Asset Management plans • Identify market opportunities for business growth • Manage project teams for successful delivery • Act as a trusted advisor to municipal clients • Facilitate community workshops and presentations

Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario • 8–10 years experience in municipal infrastructure • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences • Deep understanding of municipal asset lifecycles
