Key Responsibilities:



• Execute preventive maintenance on hotel mechanical systems • Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests efficiently • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve safety hazards • Perform general repairs and maintain a clean maintenance environment • Collaborate with different departments for effective service

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance roles • Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems • Capacity to work in diverse conditions and lift up to 100 lbs • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
