We are seeking an Intermediate Transportation Planner to manage transportation and traffic projects within our Highways & Bridges unit. Your role will involve complex planning studies and the delivery of infrastructure projects, leveraging your 5+ years of relevant experience. You will focus on traffic safety assessments and guide project teams to success while handling client engagements and proposal writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive transportation infrastructure upgrade project studies • Conduct detailed traffic engineering studies and analyses • Mentor and develop junior engineering staff • Oversee project life cycle management from scheduling to close-off • Facilitate client and contractor meetings effectively
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering emphasizing transportation • Minimum 5 years in consultancy environments • Ontario Qualified Engineer registration required • Familiarity with TAC and ITE standards • Strong organizational and communication skills
