At this time this opportunity is scheduled for 8-hr and 12-hr shifts.

As The Successful Applicant, You Will Do The Following

Provide Respiratory Therapy coverage to the hospital - including the adult/paediatric and neonatal population.

Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plan.

Teach and counsel patients/families.

Promote continuous quality improvement.

Perform timely and accurate documentation.

Perform Electrocardiogram (ECG) tests.

Conduct pulmonary function testing.

What You’ll Bring

Required

College Diploma from a Respiratory Therapy Program

Successful completion of Canadian Board for Respiratory Care (CBRC) exam

Certificate of Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO)

NRP, ACLS and BCLS

Preferred

Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE)

PALS
