• Lead month-end financial reporting and accuracy checks
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Oversee property onboarding and due diligence efforts




• Mentor and manage a skilled team of accountants
• Drive improvements in internal controls and procedures
Requirements:
• CPA designation with 5-10 years of experience
• Strong background in property accounting
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Experience with Yardi preferred
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
