What you'll do:

- Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and effective operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
- Assist with the mentorship, supervision, and training of new and existing Gas Bar staff, including goal setting, performance management, onboarding, training, and development
- Assist in the management of daily operations for gas bar and car wash locations including, fuel pricing, inventory management, and implementing marketing programs
- Assist in oversight of the completion and follow through of all safety, environmental,



and loss prevention procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment standards.
- Responsible for living the Prairie Co-op brand by striving to achieve our vision and mission.
- Performing Clerk and Pump Attendant duties as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
