Key Responsibilities:
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for CNC equipment failures
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules for CNC machinery

• Share knowledge through mentorship of junior staff members
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience as a CNC technician
• Expertise with Heidenhain and Fanuc control systems
• Certification in Industrial Electrician or Millwright preferred
• Exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
