Your role will involve direct interaction with clients and contractors, providing clear guidance and ensuring compliance with Alberta building standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive structural inspections and assessments
• Complete engineering calculations for residential projects




• Collaborate with contractors on renovations and modifications
• Create permit-ready structural drawings via CAD
• Evaluate foundations and design necessary repairs
Requirements:
• P.Eng registration in Alberta or eligibility
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of wood-frame construction
• Strong communication skills with clients
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
