Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee HR programs that cater to salary and unionized staff. Requirements: • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent • 3–5+ years in a similar HR role • Solid communication and conflict resolution abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Kronos • Highly organized and self-driven
