Key Responsibilities:



• Assess wounds and manage ostomy care for clients • Create and implement tailored care plans for individuals • Educate clients and support their families in health decisions • Provide mentorship to other healthcare professionals • Participate in a collaborative care environment

Requirements: • Must hold a valid RN license in Ontario • Completion of relevant wound care training or programs • Three years’ experience in either community or acute care • Strong assessment and patient communication skills • Ability to effectively engage with clients and their families
