This critical role involves matching drivers with loads, managing delivery instructions, and interacting with both drivers and customers to ensure satisfaction while overseeing logistics and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize matching of orders with drivers and equipment
• Prepare and communicate loading and delivery instructions
• Respond to driver questions and schedule changes




• Manage the Driver Pay Portal and customer orders
• Ensure all routing details meet customer requirements
Requirements:
• Prior experience in logistics or dispatch
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a quick-paced role
• Strong problem-solving skills to foresee potential issues
• Previous transportation industry experience preferred
