ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead regulatory strategy and impact assessment for major projects across Western and Northern Canada, ideally based in Whitehorse, Yukon. You will guide clients through permitting processes, engage with Indigenous Nations, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver regulator-ready outcomes. You will mentor senior consultants, shape proposal strategy, and drive client relationships and market growth in Yukon and the North.
